If a client forgets their password, and they need to have it reset, you can reset it for them.
Sign in to your Trainerize and:
- Navigate to Main-Menu > Clients. You will see a list of all your clients
- Click on the checkbox to the left of the client that you wish to change the password for
- Click on the 'Send' dropdown and choose "Reset Password Link"
Your client will receive an automated password reset email.
