ABC Trainerize allows you to track stats in Imperial (lbs, miles, inches) or Metric (kg, km, cm). Your clients can also choose their own preferred units in the app (as well as during their account setup). If they differ from yours, Trainerize will automatically convert them- no manual calculations are needed!
To Adjust Your Units:
- Login to your Trainerize web account.
- Click your name in the top right corner, then My Account in the dropdown menu.
- From your My Account menu, click on Units.
- Choose your preferred units for each category:
- Weight: Lbs or Kg
- Cardio: Miles or Kilometers
- Body stats: Inches or Centimeters
Your selections will apply across your account, and Trainerize will handle any necessary conversions when viewing client stats.
