For studios and gyms with physical addresses, locations allow you to organize your trainer pool into smaller teams based on facilities. You can also assign managers to specific locations who can access and manage trainers at their designated locations.
If you have enabled your profile on Trainerize.me, your location information helps match you with clients searching for trainers in your area.
Please note that purchasing additional locations is only available for Studio and Enterprise plans.
Viewing and Managing Locations
You can manage locations through your ABC Trainerize web account:
- Navigate to the Settings tab from the left-hand menu.
- From the "My Account" menu click on Locations.
By default, every ABC Trainerize business is assigned an "Online Business" location.
- This serves as your primary address and is the first location listed on your Trainerize.me profile.
- You can edit this by clicking EDIT next to the location name.
- You can only have one primary address.
Location Limits By Subscription Plan
Free Trial, Grow, Pro, and Free plans:
- 1 location only (online or physical location).
- Additional locations not included.
Studio plans (Studio Plus and Studio Max):
- Up to 4 physical locations.
- Each additional location is priced based on the value of the plan x number of locations
- 1 location: $250/mo (Studio Plus), $350/mo (Studio Max)
- 2 locations: $500/mo (Studio Plus), $700/mo (Studio Max)
- 3 locations: $750/mo (Studio Plus), $1050/mo (Studio Max)
- 4 locations: $1000/mo (Studio Plus), $1400/mo (Studio Max)
Enterprise plans:
- An unlimited number of locations available.
Client Seats and Multiple Locations
When a location is added to an account, additional client seats are added to the account overall. They are not restricted to a specific location and can be distributed across locations if needed.
For example:
- A Studio Max plan with 1 location includes 1000 client seats.
- Adding a second location will increase the total client seats to 2000 across the entire business.
- These additional client seats can be assigned entirely to one location or divided between multiple locations.
Adding Multiple Locations (Studio/Enterprise Plans Only)
- Navigate to Settings > Locations and select Add a Location.
2. If you are on a Free, Pro, or Grow Plan, you will be prompted to upgrade to a Studio plan before you can add additional locations.
Note that Studio plans are priced based on the number of locations:
- 1 location: $250/mo (Studio Plus), $350/mo (Studio Max)
- 2 locations: $500/mo (Studio Plus), $700/mo (Studio Max)
- 3 locations: $750/mo (Studio Plus), $1050/mo (Studio Max)
- 4 locations: $1000/mo (Studio Plus), $1400/mo (Studio Max)
3. Once on a Studio plan, you can now purchase an additional location. The purchase dialog will display "additional location" to confirm the selection as shown below:
4. After purchasing the additional location, click Change Address to:
- Update your business address.
- Add a phone number.
- Set your business hours.
Your physical location profile should be fully completed with your business information as shown below:
Removing a Location
To remove a location that is no longer needed, you can do so by selecting the garbage can icon next to the location name. You will be prompted to re-assign any clients and/or trainers from the location if applicable.
