Appointments scheduled through Trainerize can be viewed (and cancelled) on the Apple Watch App.
Here is an example of the trainer's Appointments for that day. We will show you how to cancel them below.
Once you tap on the appointment, you will be prompted to confirm the cancellation and then choose whether or not you want to refund that session credit to the client.
Regardless of whether or not you choose to refund your client, you will see a confirmation pop up on your watch.
Cancelling Recurring Appointments
Recurring Appointments are cancelled the same way as single appointments. The only difference is, you will have the option to cancel just that one appointment, that appointment and the rest moving forward, or all of them (future and past).
