How to Create and Share a Shareable Booking Link

Looking to grow your client base? The Shareable Booking Link feature makes it easier than ever for potential clients to schedule time with you—no account required. Whether you’re sharing your booking link on social media or embedding it directly into your personal website, this feature gives you the flexibility to publicly display your availability to non-clients interested in your offerings.

1. From the ABC Trainerize dashboard, hover over Scheduling in the left-hand menu. 
   
   
    
2. Click Event Types under the Events section. 
   
   
   
3. Navigate to the External Events tab.
   
   
    
4. From here, you can:
   
   
   • a) Click NEW to create a new external event
   • b)Delete an event by selecting an external event and clicking the trash icon
   • c) Copy an external event’s shareable booking link
   • d)Toggle an existing external event on or off
   • e) Click the gear icon to customize your booking window (set how far in advance clients or prospects can book appointments) 
      
5. To create a new external event, click NEW and fill in the event name, format (in-person or phone call), duration, and an optional description.
    
   
    
6. Click Add to save your event. 
    
7. Toggle the event on to activate it.
   
   
   
8. Copy and share your booking link anywhere—on social media, email, or your website—to let non-clients book time with you easily. 
   
    

How to Set Up and Start Using Client Referrals

Referrals are one of the most effective ways to grow your business, but without a simple way for clients to share your services, those opportunities can be lost. The new Client Referrals feature makes it easy for clients to refer friends right from their mobile app using a customizable message and shareable link—helping you grow your client base effortlessly. 

1. From the ABC Trainerize dashboard, click Settings in the left-hand menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Select Client Referrals from the Settings options.
   
   
3. Toggle Client Referrals on.
    

4. Add your custom link—this is where referred clients will be directed.
   * Pro tip: For the best experience, use your External Events link. This way, client referrals can easily book a session with you right after being referred! 
    

5. Customize the message content your clients will share.
   
6. Click Save to activate.

Once enabled, clients will see a referral banner on their mobile dashboard. Tapping it will let them share your referral message via their preferred messaging apps, like SMS or WhatsApp. Easy sharing, more referrals!
