The New ABC Trainerize Web Experience- FAQ


What's new in the web experience?

Here is a snapshot of the improvements you can look forward to with the new web experience:

  • Faster, improved performance
  • Refreshed design including fonts and colours
  • Team members can now open and manage multiple client profiles at once

Is the new web experience available for all team members on my account?

Yes! The new web experience is business-wide and will be visible to all team members on your account.
 

What's different about managing multiple client profiles?

In the old web experience, if you opened multiple client tabs, the older tabs would refresh and load the most recent client account. Additionally, opening multiple tabs would cause timeouts. 

With the new web experience, you can open and manage multiple client profiles simultaneously in separate tabs without time out. This allows for smoother multitasking and more effective management of your client accounts.
 

I'm unable to sign back into my account after the update. What do I do?

If you are having trouble logging into your account:

  1. Verify that you are using the correct email address and password.
  2. Ensure you are accessing the correct URL for your business.
  3. Fully close and reopen your browser.
  4. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again.

My web bookmark is not bringing me to the correct page. How can I fix it? 

If you bookmarked your beta domain while trialing the new web experience, your bookmark may not direct you to the correct page. To resolve this:

  1. Delete your old bookmark.
  2. Navigate to the correct web page on your account that you wish to bookmark.
  3. Save the new URL as your updated bookmark.
     

Why aren't certain graphs or pages loading on my account?

If graphs or pages aren't loading properly:

  1. Log out of your account and close your browser. 
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  3. Re-open your browser and log back in.
