How to use Master Habit Programs

Level up your holistic coaching and improve your client results by creating personalized habit-routines or full habit-based programs by scheduling habits within master programs!

What's in this article?

Create a habit routine by scheduling habits within a phased master program

Note: Habits can only be scheduled within a phased master program on the calendar view. Habit scheduling for custom client programs aren't supported at this time.
 

  • From the Overview Page– navigate to your Master Programs Library by hovering over Master Libraries  tab > Selecting Programs from the menu options. 



     
  • Select an existing program from your shared or personal folder > Hit the Calendar tab from the menu options to open your programs master calendar. 
    • If you have not created any programs yet– click here to learn how!


 

  • On the program's master calendar, hit the blue SCHEDULE button >  Select Habit from the drop down.


     

  • This will bring up a pop-up where you can select a habit to add to your program > select a Habit Category from the menu > Select a habit  > 

    • Note: You can also add existing custom habits to your master program, if you haven't made any custom habits yet– click here to learn how! 

     

  • Next, let's set the details for the habit routine we want client's to follow > then hit the blue ADD button to schedule. 
    • In this example we have the standard options of setting the start date > duration, and the days of the week we want client's to practice this habit routine. 
       
    • The other options that you can see: setting the number of meals per day > showing a portion guide, and changing the portion size, are specific to this habit type and may vary between categories/habits. 
       
  • Once you hit ADD > your habit routine is scheduled into you master program! 


How to edit a habit routine? 

  • Navigate to your desired Master Program Calendar > Select one of the Scheduled Habits to modify the habit routine > 

     

  • Hit the three dot menu > Select Edit from the drop-down > 

     

  • This will bring up a window where you can edit the details of your habit routine > after making adjustments hit the blue UPDATE button > 

     

  • After hitting UPDATE, the edits you have made to your habit routine will be reflected in the program master calendar. 

    • Note:  Changes made to habit routines within a master program will be reflected on the dashes all client's who are subscribed to that program.  
       

How to delete a habit routine? 
 

  • Navigate to your desired Master Program Calendar > Select one of the Scheduled Habits to modify the habit routine > 

     
  • Hit the three dot menu > Select Delete from the drop-down > 

     

  • Hit the red CONFIRM button to delete the habit routine from your master program calendar >

     
  • After hitting CONFIRM, your habit routine will be removed from the program master calendar. 
    • Note: Changes made to habit routines within a master program will be reflected on the dashes of all client's who are subscribed to that program. 

       

How to subscribe clients to a habit program?
 

There are two ways you can subscribe your client's to a habit program– following the same steps you use would to subscribe client's to any other programming type. However, we will go over both options below: 
 

Subscribe Client's directly from a Master Program: 

  • Navigate to  Master Programs Library by hovering over Master Libraries tab > Select Programs from the menu options >
     
  •  Select the program you want to subscribe clients to > Click the Summary & Subscribers tab > Hit the blue ADD SUBSCRIBERS button > 

     
  • Select clients from the drop-down > Set the Program Start Date and Program Type > Hit the blue SUBSCRIBE button. 

     

Subscribe Clients from the Client tab: 

  • Select the Clients tab from the main column menu >
     
  • Select the clients you want to subscribe to your program > Hit the three dot menu (...) near the top of the page > Select Subscribe to master program from the drop-down > 
     
  • Select the folder your program is saved in > Select the Program you would like to subscribe your client's to > 

     

  • This will bring up a pop-up where you can set the Program Start Date and Program Type (Main or Add-on) > Hit the blue SUBSCRIBE button.
