Why are the subscription prices changing?
We changed our prices in 2022. At that time, we ensured that our existing customers saw no increases in subscription costs. However, we now need to transition all customers to our current pricing. This update is essential for us to continue investing into building better products for you and your clients.
When will I see this price change reflected on my invoice?
Starting August 26, 2024, the pricing changes will be reflected on your invoice based on your renewal date. For example, if your subscription renews on September 1, 2024, you will be billed at the new rate on that day.
What is my renewal date and invoice?
To view your billing information, please log onto your ABC Trainerize web account and navigate to Settings > Billing. You will be able to view your renewal date and all of your invoices here.
