Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I see a message saying that my domain is not correctly pointed to Trainerize?

If you see an error message like that, you will want to ensure that you have waited the full 72 hours for your domain to propagate, as domain propagation can vary.

If you still see this message after 72 hours, you will want to check your domain settings to ensure that you have properly set the CNAME and forwarding according to the directions above. GoDaddy's A Record should populate automatically when you setup domain forwarding, if it doesn't you can use the directions above to add their A Record.

I am seeing and Opps! error when I visit my domain. How can I fix this?

It's possible you will need to wait until your domain propagates across the web; this can take up to 72 hours. If it has been longer than 72 hours since you last updated your domain settings you may need to update your A Record to point to GoDaddy's.

Note: You must use GoDaddy's nameservers in order to successfully map a domain.See GoDaddy's instructions for this here.
