As client start to purchase your products, you can track your sales in the Purchase History grid! Use the helpful status filters to view upcoming, active, expired, and canceled purchases. You can also filter purchases that are failing or failed.
The status filters are as follows:
- These purchases will be processed on their start date.
- Current active products.
- Past purchases that have ended.
- Active purchases that have been manually canceled but not yet expired.
- Failing Payment:
- Active purchases with billing problems (expired credit cards, over limits, bank rejections).
- Failed Payment:
- Expired purchases that have been automatically canceled due to three failed payment attempts.
