We accept VISA, Visa debit cards, MasterCard, MasterCard debit cards, and American Express. We do not accept direct debit cards or other payment methods.
The steps below cover how to update the credit card and other billing information in your account. Please note that only the account owner has access to the Billing section below.
1. On your ABC Trainerize web account, navigate to Settings from the left-hand menu and select Billing.
2. Scroll down to the Billing Information section and click the Change button on the right.
3. A pop-up dialogue will appear where you can enter your new information. Remember to click SAVE before you exit!
